Planning & Lead Time

How long in advance should I register my shipment?

In many cases, a day’s notice is enough. We can switch quickly and the lines are short. In case of urgency, we can sometimes even load on the same day.

How long does a shipment to Morocco take?

Our groupage transport service to Morocco departs from Europe every Thursday. We unload on Tuesdays in Tangier and Wednesdays in Casablanca with reliable, fixed routes and clear planning. This applies to both groupage and full truck(FTL transport) to Morocco.

What type of transportation do you offer?

From side load to refrigerated and frozen products. As long as it fits in a trailer, we can transport it. ADR shipments are also possible. Our fleet is versatile and flexible.

Does my shipment always have to be on a pallet?

No, that’s not necessary. Loose boxes or other sizes are also possible. Just let us know in advance, and we will ensure a smooth and safe loading.

Can I also ship one pallet with you?

Yes, you certainly can. Whether it’s one box or one pallet: we arrange it. With groupage transport and full loads(FTL transport), we offer a suitable and efficient solution.

How environmentally friendly is your transportation?

Germanetti invests in an environmentally responsible fleet of vehicles: modern engines, regular replacement (approximately every 5 years) and drivers trained in fuel-efficient driving every few months. Our priority is to deliver goods safely, in good condition and in the most environmentally friendly way possible to the desired location.

How often do you transport to Tunisia?

We drive to Tunisia on a weekly basis. For complete loads even daily. With our own branches on site, we offer extra security and short lines of communication.

Can you transport frozen foods internationally?

Sure. Our refrigerated trailers are suitable down to -30°C and perfect for frozen or conditioned transport . Reliable and tailored to your goods.

Do you help with the paperwork for customs?

Yes. As a customer, you arrange customs clearance yourself, but we help you with the correct documents. We think with you and make sure everything is correct, so there are no surprises.

What happens to my goods once they arrive in Morocco?

Your goods will be delivered as agreed. Would you prefer to collect yourself from our depot in Tangier or Casablanca? Of course, that is also possible. We coordinate everything according to your wishes.

Is temporary storage also possible?

Yes, by arrangement we can temporarily store your goods. This way the delivery fits exactly with your schedule or availability.
